Viking Shield™
Viking Shield™ 64 is used where the demands for long service life, low maintenance and robust construction are great, everywhere where it is needed a robust and durable door.
Viking Shield™ 64 manufactured outward single and double doors.
Some sizes are in stock and can be delivered immediately, other sizes are manufactured measurement adapted and can be equipped with different accessories.
Construction
Viking doors are produced with Preconal original profiles. Frame and the door leaf are mitred corners which are welded together to achieve maximum strength.
Performance
As standard, the door comes complete with frame, threshold, hinges, door part and the drip plate. The delivery includes adjustable set screw for mounting in concrete, wood or solid brick wall. Screw steel or concrete can be ordered as accessories.

Exterior: Aluminium 2.5-4mm
Internal: Stuccererad alloy sheet 1.25mm

66 INDUSTRIAL DOORS
Viking Shield™
Viking Shield™ 56/66 is used everywhere where you need strong doors or large gates of maintenance-free aluminium with high demands for long life, low maintenance costs and robust construction.
Viking Shield™ 56 manufactured outward single and double doors and gates in an uninsulated profile system (without thermal breaks) for industrial and masterbatch buildings, wastewater and elbyggnader, petrol stations, workshops and rental properties.
Viking Shield™ 66 manufactured with insulated profiles for outward opening single and double doors and gates.
The mitred corners with space for sharp corner joints give the door leaves high rigidity and strong corner construction. The doors are manufactured dimensions adapted and can be equipped with different accessories.
Construction
Viking doors are produced with Preconal original profiles. Frame and the door leaf are mitred corners which are welded together to achieve maximum strength.
Performance
As standard the door complete with frame, threshold, hinges, door part. The delivery includes adjustable set screw for mounting in concrete, wood, steel or full bricks. Mounting kit for lightweight concrete can be ordered as accessories. Reinforcements: All doors are reinforced door closers.
Surface treatment
Doors and gates are delivered anodised. The doors can be supplied in any RAL or NCS color.
Sealing
The door is fitted with double seals made of rubber in quality EPDM. The sealing strips are mounted in the door frame each door leaf and effectively seals.
Lock
The door is designed for modular locks. Other types of locks, escape door lock or emergency release can be fitted to order. The standard version is delivered door to one of FSAB approved lock box. A measure 56.5 mm B dimension 34mm – see figure p. 22. Double doors are supplied as standard with locks.
Hinges
Hinges made of aluminium with stainless steel pole. Juster bar in both height and width. The hinges are virtually maintenance free and do not require lubrication. If the door is painted, delivered also hinges varnished.
Glass
The door leaf can be supplied with single glass or 2 glazing (tempered).

FrontSheild™
FrontShield™ 56 is a non-insulated systems (without broken thermal bridge) which can be used for outward or inward opening doors with side and top light and fast
window sections.
The door can be manufactured with anti-finger trap. The system offers great scope for free choice of fillings and colors. The round, soft door leaf profile with mitred corners and corner joints meet the requirements
placed on a modern and stable door systems.
FrontShield™ 66 is an isolated system (with broken thermal bridge) which can be used for outward or inward opening doors with side and top light and fixed windows.
The door gives an inviting impression regardless of its use. Frame, door leaf and side lighting profiles are strong and self-supporting. The door leaves are stable and rigid.

Frame and the door leaf is self-supporting of extra strong construction and have round corners with sharp corner joints to achieve maximum strength.

Dimensions Front Shield™ 56: A measure 63.5 mm, B-measure 40 mm (37 mm at the inward-opening door)
Front Shield™ 66: A measure of 73 mm, B dimension is 51 mm. Double doors are supplied as standard with the double action edge rule.

56/66 SLIDING DOORS
Combination Sheild™
Combination Shield™ 56 is a non-insulated door system without thermal break that can be combined with side and top light and fixed windows with broken thermal bridge.
Combination Shield™ 66th The system offers great scope for freedom of choice in terms of fillings and colors. The sliding doors give an inviting impression, regardless of use. Frame, door leaf and side lighting profiles are strong and self-supporting.
Combination Shield™ 56 and 66 manufactured moderation suited and can be equipped with different accessories.
Construction
Combination Shield™ 56 sliding doors, manufactured with Preconals profile system without thermal break. Combination Shield ™ 66 side and top light and fixed parts are manufactured with Preconals profile system with thermal break. Frame and the door leaf is self-supporting of heavy duty construction to achieve maximum strength.
Surface treatment
Aluminium The lots are delivered anodized in the colors natural or brown. The doors can also be supplied in any RAL or NCS color.
Sealing
The doors are fitted with brush seals. For sealing between the door leaves and fixed sections and floors are used brush seal.
Lock
The doors are designed for narrow profile – locking. A measure 56.5 mm, B1 dimensions 32.5 mm, B2 dimensions 45 mm.
Glass
The door leaf can be supplied with single glass or 2-glass insulating glass (tempered). Glass design can also be given special protection features, e. g .: Improved U-value – low E glass. Protection against solar radiation – solar control glass. Protection against noise – with the object adapted solution. Safety – tempered, laminated or alarmed glass. Protection against transparency – t. Ex. ornamented glass.
Automatic Doors
Mounted on the reinforced door lintel (Automatic Code) or on the wall above the party.
